We are so excited to work with Val, one of a set of solid cream triplet doelings out of Scarlet. All three showed promise (the other two now residing in a herd in Grand Isle, VT), but Val had a special something and we knew we wanted to keep her. We think she has exceptional legs and as she grows, she is showing promise of her dam's width and depth. She will become a first freshener in 2025. 

Val was shown in just three rings in 2024 and we are so pleased with her performance, going 2nd in class in both very competitive rings at the Northeast Dairy Goat Classic under Ed Cavanagh and Patricia Allen Ricotta. She then went 3rd in class at the Southern Vermont Dairy Goat Association Show. Val is hardy, parasite resistant, and a champion cookie eater. In every show ring so far she has been moved higher because of her level and elegant gait on the move. Even as a yearling she is a mama's girl, so we are glad she's staying here.​​​
